Bretford LAP-EPM Laptop Trolley

Hi,

 

Does anyone have any idea what the lights in the top right hand corner of Bretford LAP-EPM Laptop Trolley mean?

 

 

Its been working fine for years but now it a keeps on showing a RED light so I have to switch it off and on inside for it to start charging again.

 

Any help would be most helpful.

"visual indication that the unit is functioning correctly or that a fault has been detected" says the user guide As helpful as that comment is it doesn't suggest what that fault is
