Smoothwall - Microsoft 365 Safe Links

Hi all,

 

Anyone else using Microsoft 365 safe links and have a Smoothwall?

 

We're getting a "This page isn't working right now" message and "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" - and can't see anything obvious in the Web Filter logs (although don't trust Smoothwall's logging abilities generally)

 

Haven't used Smoothwall massively for a while so hoping I'm just rusty and there's some obvious checks to be done?

Have you allowed the M365 category to not be HTTPS inspected?

Yup - however when going into the category, the list of URLs is blank? Is that normal?

 

All other aspects of 365 do appear to be working as expected as well, just seems to be the safe links.

Yes, Smoothwall do not let you see the sites in the category, only user added ones.

Did you manage tot get any further on this? I have the same issue - but its doesn't seem to be every time - just occasionally.

I don't recall doing anything, but it does now appear to be working... at least for every link I've just tried!

Very strange - It was definitely not happy this morning - but now when testing random links from emails, they all seem happy.

Its just very odd that posted the same issue that I was getting....
