"Whiteboard" software that can display on both primary and extended screen

Does anyone have an recommendations (ideally free/opensource but would consider paid). For a whiteboard app that can very simply be used with a touch screen laptop, and also mirrored to a TV/Projector? Bonus points if it can also pick up a webcam/visualiser view and annotate it!

Does Openboard Allow you to "mirror" the display to an extended screen? I am afraid my French isn't up to reading the manual.

Sadly, the display resolutions don't match making this difficult, thats the problem I want solve.
