Google Workspace Extra Licences

Has anyone had any experience with trying to get Google to add more than the initial 10,000 licences increased ? As a very large MAT who have a lot more than 10,000 uses we have quickly hit the limit but Google won’t increase it… just wondering if anyone else had similar problem and if they managed to get Google to increase the limit

We had over 20,000 at a University I was working at. We just asked for more licenses and Google increased it the limit.

Try again and perhaps escalate it through support or a rep if you have one.
