FSRM Quota notification thresholds

I've just installed FSRM on our main fileserver. I can happily set up quota templates and apply quotas, however as soon as I try to go into Notification Thresholds, the MMC console crashes.

When I have this type of problem, I like to start by checking the basics.

 

Disk Check

System File check (sfc /scannow)

Windows Update check

 

Also these should not harm the system in any way.

Then see if event viwer has more details / clues.
