SharePoint Library Sync

Afternoon,

 

Seen a few discussions on here about syncing SharePoint libraries and how long it takes and what a pain it can be. I came across this article and which goes through the problem and gives a proper working solution to the stupid 8 hours sync time that Microsoft say.

Hopefully that helps some people. I've tested it and it worked pretty well in my environment.
