Is anyone using Information Barriers?

Trying to set this up but having some difficulties. Apparently the “Allow” documentation from Microsoft is wrong so wondered how others are setting it up. I have the segments configured if the font of Sch1/Pupils, Sch1/Staff etc and now want to stop Pupils communicating with Staff if different schools
