We are delighted to announce our partnership with Eltham College Family of Schools for the recruitment of an operationally experienced, enthusiastic, and strategically minded technology leader. You will be adept at leading change and ensuring operational systems excellence.

 

This is an exciting time in the development of the Eltham College Family of Schools, and this role will provide YOU the opportunity to:

 

Lead on the vision and strategic integration of IT and Data systems in the short-term, following the recent merger into the Group of Blackheath Prep. Drive operational management of IT & data systems across the three schools in the Group, and develop a long-term strategy.

 

Work strategically with educators to define and implement a modern vision of how IT can enable teaching and learning excellence across all age groups.

 

Create a workforce strategy that empowers IT staff to deploy and support that vision. Work with a secure and diverse IT and Data team, providing leadership, strategic and operational direction.

 

Lead on Change Management and Project Management to deliver integration, normalisation and rationalisation of IT and Data services.

The Family of Schools currently comprises Eltham College Senior School (and sixth form), Eltham College Junior School and Blackheath Prep.
