Please can someone advise regarding 802.11x settings in Windows, set by GPO?

 

I have an issue where a most laptops aren't reauthenticating as the user account once logged in. It stays authenticated as the computer account.

 

How do I get it so that Windows has network access at login via that wireless network, but once the user signs in, it reauthenticates as the user?
