[sims] Photo Exporting - SIMS

Hi all,

 

First time using Salamander Photo Export for SIMS.

I have downloaded it from their website, but when I try to run the PhotoExport.exe, it shows the windows for a very split second, then closes off - is there something I am doing wrong?

I have tried it on my workstation (that has SIMS workstation) and I have also tried it on the SIMS server.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

You run it from the command line, see the README.txt file

Ah okay - I thought when you ran the exe it shown a CMD rather than you running CMD separately. So If I want to export a specific year, I assume I type start PhotoExport.exe username *** password *** outputFolder C:\SimsImages /year:10

photoexport.exe myuser mypassword c:\simsimages /year:10

 

and when sims updates, possibly need

photoexport.exe /generateConfig
