GCDS - Error with Retrieving Licenses for Product "Google-Apps"

We are getting an error with GCDS and the licenses part again.

 

It has been working great but we have come in after the holidays and found that the licenses section will not complete with an error with "Error with Retrieving Licenses for Product "Google-Apps""

 

Could those schools that sync licenses please let me know about what is happening for you.

 

If we take out the license query, the sync completes without any errors.

 

We were running 5.0.22.0 and updated to 5.0.28.0 and the issue remains.

 

This is the error we are getting:

Update - it looks like the account that was being used to sync the licenses has had it's permissions revoked as a Google account with higher permissions works without any issues.
