Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England with centres in York, Middlesbrough, Saltaire, Wakefield and Newcastle.

We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring and ambitious Service Desk Manager to join our expanding IT Team at our York campus.

 

This is a full time and permanent role working 37 hours per week.

 

As a Service Desk Manager, you will operate at a senior level providing guidance and support to a multi-disciplined service desk team ensuring that the team meet and exceed the demands of colleagues, students and key stake holders across all locations of Askham Bryan College.

 

The primary duties of this role include overseeing service delivery procedures, cultivating and managing customer relationships and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

 

You will lead a team of skilled technical professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and address any concerns.

 

Using your digital knowledge, ITIL and service management expertise, you will lead on prioritising the team’s workloads, handling service changes, acting as an escalation point, communicate effectively to positively influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across various teams.
