Smart Notebook Locks the computer when closed

We've had reports from teachers that when they close smart notebook when presenting, the computer automatically locks.

 

When I've investigated, it looks like this only happens when you are presenting on the smartboard and doesn't happen when you disconnect the board by pulling the HMDI and USB cable out.

 

Has anyone else experienced this, or has any ideas why this might be?
