I have a new phone Pixel 6a and it seems fine except now my Garmin watch does not stay connected. Originally there was no problem, but it seems I updated the phone last night and today I have had constant problems with the watch consistently dropping. I have run the latest update that I can and I am running Android 13. Anyone else had this issue? It seems like there was an issue reported with Pixel phones, but this was a while ago and I would expect it to be updated by now

I would possibly try removing it from Bluetooth directly in system settings then repairing.

I have had issues in the past on iOS with Fitbit and updates and usually a bluetooth reconnect after rebooting both the fitbit and phone have helped.

I've tried this, but I have read that this is still an issue with Android 13 on Pixel and Samsung devices. Strangely, I was away for the weekend and had zero issues with this. I turned off NFC and changed the Bluetooh version being used and it seemed to "fix" the problem. I left everything alone because it was working. However, I came home yesterday and have had problems with the watch staying connected. When it drops, it doesn't just disconnect. The device is forgotten so you need to go through the re-connect device and enter the code to pair again. It's happened maybe 4 or 5 times since last night. I am trying to think I have some other device which is causing the disconnect?
