Hi is anyone else receiving spam message errors whenever sending an email to a Gmail account

check your domain on mxtoolbox - if your blacklisted you probably need to find which account is breeched or configure antispoofing things

Google seem to be really strict in recent months about quarantining emails from domains that haven't got SPF or DKIM set up properly.

I advise ensuring you have SPF, DKIM, then DMARC (even if just for monitoring) set up correctly and working.
