Allow Microbits

Hi. Our IT teachers would like to use the BBC Microbits in their lessons. The USB drives all have to be locked for security and safeguarding reasons. I know there is a way of unlocking certain devices in group policy by hardware ID. The problem is, I can't seem to find the hardware ID of the Microbit as it doesn't show in device manager. Has any one else had a similar problem?

The other option is to not use the blocks editor on the website but connect via serial port and use micropython with Mu Editor
