O365 Combined Registration - SSPR without MFA

Hi All,

 

As anyone who's migrated to the new Azure AD/Entra Combined Registration managed to enforce SSPR but not MFA for students? We've not moved yet but we're finding a number of students are being asked to MFA to change SSPR information. I'm yet to work out why but it seems I need to move sooner rather than later to the new system, but I can't see to confirm if we can enforce SSPR but not MFA for students.

Has no one tried the new combined MFA and SSPR yet?

As far as I am aware, you can't have SSPR without some sort of MFA. You have to have that extra check to ensure the person changing the password is the correct one.
