Unable to provision using School PC - failing with error

Hi all, we have (last year) been provisioning lots of devices using USB sticks and School PC app.

We have a user we use in the wizard setup, attach to wifi, set a name and whether its shared or not. It worked fine.

 

We have two W10 laptops now, we have tried to do the same, but they error out.

error 0x80070005 provisioning failure

 

We also get a fail on the sway app and onedrive:

Setup completes with errors.

I am really confused, we have tried another user in the setup, tried not ticking anything, removing the device from Intune, no luck. We have a big batch of devices coming in soon. Any ideas??!

 

The only recent change is we have moved to A3, but the user we use to enrol has had the previous license applied and tried all sorts of others (A1 plus, A3, A1).
