Windows Configuration Designer - Problems configuring

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to build a Windows 11 installer and have used the Windows Configuration Designer to customise it and it also installs some apps too.

 

The problem I have is that I can't get it to apply the desktop background wallpaper.

 

It says not to use the "Desktop and background" section and instead use the "Personalization settings".

 

I therfore set the path to the jpg wallpaper in Personalization settings and this points to the file on the install USB stick.

 

However it does not apply the wallpaper. Anyone have any ideas?

 

 

I also would like to remove the following when the user logins in for first time. Is it possible?

 

- Let Microsoft and Apps use your location

- Find My Device

- Send Diagnostic Data to Microsoft

- Improve inking sand Typing

- Get Tailored Experiences with diagnostic data

- Let Apps use advertising ID
