Longridge High School is a medium sized secondary school with an increasing number of pupils on roll. All staff strive to ensure excellence for every young person in every area of school life.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our IT Support Team and contribute to the delivery of an effective ICT support service. Responsibilities will include supporting staff and pupils with their use of IT, ensuring continuity of service and working with the Network Manager to maintain, develop and improve the IT systems in school.

 

Our IT systems are rapidly developing, and the successful candidate will have a hand in designing and implementing solutions across the whole IT spectrum, with the support of the Network Manager and external agencies.

 

The successful candidate must be confident, resilient, function well as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and be highly organized with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
