MECM - Can you image at a Secondary site if the Primary site goes offline?

Morning all,

 

Hopefully a simple question, but can you image at a secondary site with MECM if the master is offline? In my mind you should be able to but with initial testing we can't seem to be able to do it.

 

Can anyone confirm that this is possible and are there some settings somewhere to configure what happens with your secondary site?
