Salary: Grade 7: £25,878 - £29,439 per annum pro rata

 

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. Due to

the expansion of the Trust’s Central Team, we are seeking to appoint a skilled, motivated and solution focused Senior

ICT Technician to join our evolving organisation.

 

Combining your excellent working knowledge of Windows and Office 365, with your customer focused approach,

you will play a key role in providing remote and on-site advice and support to schools across the Trust. Taking

responsibility for co-ordinating the IT Helpdesk, you will install and update software and hardware ensuring a

smooth and efficient service for our schools, as well as troubleshooting faults.

 

The successful candidate will also contribute to important projects within the team including:

 

• Supporting and helping to shape our move to the cloud
  
• Be part of opening a brand-new school
  
• Developing and supporting onboarding for new schools that join the Trust
  
• Implementing new connectivity and voice solutions across the Trust
