Azure Registered (with Cloud Sync) - Automatic Registering?

Am I missing the obvious here?!

 

We have multiple sites currently with on-prem that we are working towards moving to the cloud, but as only one site can use AD Connect (which does hybrid sync) and the rest use Cloud Sync which doesn’t do devices there seems to be no way to get these all AZureAD registered automatically

 

The GPO for InTune enrolment only works to work if they’re already AzureAD registered which is a bit of a problem!!

 

Obviously don’t want to manually have to do it on thousands of devices

Have you looked at MS's support topologies page? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/connect/plan-connect-topologies

 

Are your different forests able to be accessed from that single AD Connect server?

There's no links between them currently and unlikely to be as moving towards cloud Thus the problem.

 

The plan was just getting them all registered and starting to deploy things out like that until the full server rip outs
