ipad not beeing added to meraki

Hi all

 

we had a apple ipad on meraki few weeks ago. It had ipad unavialble error and we couldnt go past it

 

Did a factory reset by plugging to itunes.

 

I have today added the wifi password but it is not auto enrolling back on meraki.

 

I thought after wifi password it should add in but its not

 

any ideas?

Is it on DEP/ABM or just Meraki , does it get stuck at any point or try to pick up its settings?

 

the manual enrolment page might help on Systems Manager, Add Devices

It will only go back on meraki if it is ADE in apple school manager, assigned to your meraki as mdm and the you have assigned settings in meraki ADE so that it automatically enrols.

otherwise you will need to manually added but it does mean that the profile can be removed by a user.
