Please can you let me know the easiest approach for exporting this data for all classes taught?

 

Does anyone know of any tutorial videos that I can send their way to help them with this?

 

The column headings don't need to be identical to these - it's the data that matters. The spreadsheet produced can be csv/xls/xlsx.
