Smoothwall allow ip address unlimited filtering

I have a query

 

Can we make sure the IP address have unlimted filtering in smoothwall? we are trying to deploy fortinet and need the new firtinet box to have no filtering for ease transition

Yep, under 'Guardian' 'Exceptions'

 

Just put the IP or range you want to exclude and it will bypass the web proxy.

 

Also make sure the firewall rules on the Smoothwall will allow the ports you need for the new appliance.
