Extreme Wifi and PPSK Issues

We have an Extreme IQ wifi network with around 550 AP's (on prem controller) and we authenticate users using a PPSK. We get a really strange issue where it doesn't matter which AP, every couple of days we have random clients on a few AP's where the users cant authenticate using their PPSK. It doesn't happen on all clients trying to connect to that AP and the only way we can resolve it to restart the AP or change the users PPSK. Sometime will be okay if the users try's to connect to a different AP and other times not. We're not 100% sure but at this stage it only seems to be Macbooks but then the majority of our devices are Macbooks.

 

The logs in Extreme aren't particularly helpful but it keeps like the clients are getting locked? We cant keep restarting APs every few days!
