OneDrive - Manage settings for Students sharing files

Hello, slowly moving users personal folders to OneDrive from local server drives. Students can currently right click/share a folder in their OneDrive, and share to users/groups, does anyone manage this in any way? I think at the very least I want to prevent students sharing files to some chosen staff department groups.

 

Can anyone advise where I configure this? Thanks.

we leave link sharing enabled, this is a core part of how we work. Students are encouraged to share links for their homework, collaboration etc. Pupil external link sharing is disabled though.
