Does anybody know if you can have different levels of access?

 

for example:

 

Staff----allows the changing of student passwords only (staff accounts are invisible) (currently in place)

 

1st Line IT Support---- allow the changing of any user passwords (staff/student) (they can only change student passwords because staff accounts are in the invisible group)

You would need to use AD to delegate permissions to the OUs with the users in.
