Google Workspace Preventing password changes

I'm looking to prevent some of our pupils from changing their passwords in Google Workspace. Some are using the I can't login/my password doesn't work Sir excuse to not do any work. But I can't for the life of me see where I could set his. Anyone in the hive mind know if I can do this please.

Even if you prevent them from changing passwords it doesnt stop them from saying they cannot log in, unless you know their passwords they could still say they cannot log in.
