USB 2 port to multi monitors

Does anyone know if USB 2 will support multi monitors via a docking station? The laptop in question doesn't have a USB 3 port or a USB-C port and i'm a bit wary as to USB 2 will be able to cope.

I don't want to go down the route of them buying it if USB 2 won't support 2 external 24" monitors.

Ta, that'll do, i can't imagine thr user will be running the monitors at anything more than 1920 x 1080.

I’ve used a single USB2 to VGA adapter to add a third screen and performance isn’t great. Static stuff is fine but as soon as anything starts moving it’s really noticeable.

 

I can’t see dual screens over USB2 working very well.

So have i, i used a non-powered version for a couple of years until i resorted to a graphics card with 3 outputs on it but that was in a desktop machine. Hopefully with this being a powered dock, the performance might be improved.

The dock from Ebuyer is working perfectly on a USB2 port.
