fiza Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 Our HR Dept get applications via email along with attachments. They would like to save the content of the email and the attachments together as sometimes the email content itself has pertinent information to the application. Is there an easy way to save this combined info to a Google Shared Drive? We tried saving the email as a PDF and this did work and had the attachments added to the PDF but when trying to open the attachments it seems to be just a link to the gmail account that recieved the email so any members of the shared drive cannot access the attachments.
Mike8080 Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 We've recently started a product from CloudHQ: https://www.save-emails-to-google-drive.com/ Combined with a label in Gmail, it can automatically save files out to a shared drive as soon as the email is labelled, including the attachments. I believe there is a trial version available. 1
