Smoothwall Finding out the authenticated user

I'm just testing the Idex agent on a laptop but having problems with a block page that shouldnt be showing.

 

When the block page shows up it only shows the group that the user is in.

 

Is there any way to find out what the idex agent thinks the user is on the client machine?

On the Smoothie, under Services, Authentication, User activity it gives you the Username and IP of the device.

As the user you can browse to http://[smoothwall IP or address]/login This should show you the currently authenticated user as "logged in".

The blockpage itself can be configured to show the username as well. Go to Guardian - block page - Block pages and edit the blockpage advanced setting s to enable showing the username.
