[bromcom] School Cloud Parents Evening Not Extracting SEND data from Bromcom..

Please does anyone have any suggestions for the following question? We are new to Bromcom and we are trying to extract SEND UDF information from Bromcom to School Cloud, ready for Parents Evening. School Cloud says we have to have a teacher assigned to the group, for it to work. We do have one assigned and it still won't pull the information. Has anyone come across this please?
