Nova T6 export issue - clashes

Hi all, I hope you can help me. We currently use Nova T6 and SIMS and I’m having some timetabling problems; I think the issue may be SIMS-related.

 

When I try to export a slightly updated timetable from Nova to SIMS, I’m getting a message in Nova that reads ‘Some existing classes clash with other existing timetabled classes (4 instances)’. I think this is SIMS-related because if I try to export an older version of the timetable (for instance one from September), I get the same message – suggesting this isn’t something new I’ve added, but rather something from the SIMS end.

 

I wonder if anyone can suggest where I can look on SIMS (or in Nova) to see what could be blocking a transfer? I can't see anyone else having raised this problem … so I’m a bit stuck! Thanks!
