How to extract Meeting room info from calendar for analysis

I need to extract meeting data from calendar of room mailboxes for meeting room.

 

We are on office 365 platform.

Not entirely sure what you are trying to do, but try:

 

Open calendar in Outlook, go to file, save calendar and save it as an ics file.

 

Open this file - it will open back into Outlook but back to your own calendar. Now go to file, open and export, import / export , export to a file, CSV, and pick the calendar you just imported, finish off the wizard.

We have multiple meetings rooms ( room mailboxes). I want powershell to extract meeting data from the meeting room mailboxes. I can use the data to figure out how busy meeting rooms are.
