Virus removal issue

Hi, All

 

I two Viruses on my Laptop: -

 

Troj/Virtum-Gen

 

Mal/Behav-191

 

I have run Sophos Anti-Virus Full Scan & Sophos Worm Sweep but still cannot remove the Viruses.

 

Can anyone help

You could try and use Trend's sysclean to help. [ The latest version is on the Trend's website or you can click on the Admin Bar link which also has it on below ]

There hasnt been a virus yet that I couldnt remove with the help of:

 

autoruns

process explorer

rootkitrevealer

task manager

 

With those three tools you can identify active viruses and locate them before removing them. Have a go, you dont have anything to lose and will save yourself hours of hard disk scanning.
