Good morning everyone, Can you help?

One of the schools in the trust has an issue with the SharePoint Calendar, it will display on the properly on the website, but when you click the link to the calendar on any mobile devices app, the calendar appears unpopulated and a message, couldn't connect to the service, something went wrong. This is using WIFI and mobile data. I know Microsoft are updating the view to classic and list view, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.
