The software is not signed, and not an msi and the software provider does not reply to emails, so not a great start for installation. I see Sage are behind this so it explains a lot about enterprise grade software. As I we all do not have hours to investigate how to get software out are there other pay-by-link providers that anyone uses with or without software? Many Thanks! Darren
