fiza Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 (edited) I have Veeam B&R 11 installed on a server. It was working fine before Christmas and today was the first time I tried to log in to it but now trying to open the Console does nothing. It refuses to start in the Event logs I get the errors below Anyone seen this before? andy_b Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 I think this happened once ages ago - just restarted the server tbh and that fixed it. 1
JRA Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 Same here. There's a couple of services and dependent services that need restarting but I didn't bother and bounced the machine.
fiza Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 Unfortunately a reboot didnt help! Is there any way to save the database but remove Veeam and install fresh again?
fiza Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 Found a thread on the Veeam Forums which suggested renaming user.config and this has done the trick. https://forums.veeam.com/veeam-backup-replication-f2/veeam-backup-replication-console-fails-to-open-t70313.html 2
