[bromcom] Possible to add to the list of Recipients

In Bromcom,

 

under Config > Behaviour > Events > Edit an Event > Referral Recipients > Refer to Role

and

under Config > Behaviour > Event Alerts > edit an alert > Recipients

 

Is there a way to add additional Recipient groups to these lists?

 

We would like to have a group that contains the SLT so we don't have to keep updating SLT members in each of our Event Alerts or our Referral Recipients.

 

If we use the field Specific Users and save the selection list so that the same list can be used on another event alert, the saved selection list cannot be picked up, so what's the point to saving the selection list as a group if it cannot be used else where.

I have checked this with the Team and it looks like these are Hard Coded Roles and at present, cannot be added to. I thought they may have been linked to Contract Roles but unfortunately not.

 

We did a lot of work on Behaviour around Autumn 2022 so that isn't to say that more Roles aren't coming, so I would definitely raise this as a development request as it is a good idea, and hopefully we can add additional or custom roles to the MIS in the future. Hope this helps!
