Smoothwall recategorisation

Can anyone tell me the URL I need to report a site to Smoothwall that they have categorised incorrectly in the filter list?

I have used it before but can't seem to find it now.

I have raised a ticket but I am sure there was previously a different method of reporting a site that required recategorisation.
