Adobe Creative Cloud default save location

Is there anyway to change the save location of Photoshop, Premier Pro and Illustrator in Creative Cloud when using mandatory profiles?

 

My research has concluded, for example, that Photoshop may save the settings in Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings. However after making changes I can see no obvious file that holds the data change.
