THERADIOTUBBY Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 Dear All Used the recon tool to match up most of my data Directed admin staff to fill in the missing upns etc (they were not happy!) Now tried to upload the file - 878 students with only 16 upns missing Failed with message - less than 50% of your accounts have matched upns trying updating your csv again Help!!!!!!!!
THERADIOTUBBY Posted July 3, 2008 Author Posted July 3, 2008 When you upload the upn recon file you have to remove from the file any users who haven't got matched upns. these accounts are then disabled.
