I may be off the mark making assumptions, but are you struggling with it since MS depreciated basic auth?

Yes looking at routing the emails through office 365 and just looking into the ins and outs

 

And just wondered if any issues, yea I see that basic auth had been disabled

 

Going to have a tinker when get into the office today,
