VCRUNTIME140.dll error multiple computers

Hi,

 

I am getting the following error on multiple computers when staff/students login. The program can’t start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer, when they try to open office 2019 applications. If the student moves computers in the room it will work again.

 

Has anyone seen this happening. Windows 10 Education.

Is Visual C++ Redistributible 2015 installed? That's where that DLL comes from.
