"BBC iPlayer only works in the UK" error

BBC iPlayer is blocking us because "BBC iPlayer only works in the UK" and then gives us a link to a help page. That page tells us not to use VPNs, which we're not, and to check our IP address is registered in the UK, which it is. Disney+ block us for being behind a non-existent VPN too.

 

We've spoken to our ISP who bounced it back saying they can't assist us because they haven't changed anything.

 

Any ideas how we go about getting ourselves approved again, especially with BBC, I'm not too fussed about Disney+?
