Anyone know who I contact to get a northants-ecl.gov.uk email address setup?

 

I have a new head who wants to use the head@ email, but the previous head doesn't know the password or settings. Also just found out that one of our academys doesn't have a northants-ecl.gov.uk email 5 years after opening.

It used to be Capita OpenHive that dealt with that sort of thing, not sure if Capita still do that side of things or if it went to ESS when they sold SIMS.
