Steve21 Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Good Morning All, Just trying to help a local primary school and having some issues with the instant Aruba style controller It shows they have multiple APs down but there doesn’t seem to be any logical way to pull the information about which ones as they no longer appear in the active AP list? There’s no recent events so guess they’ve been down a while Is there anything hidden (or me just being blind) that would be able to list them? Seems odd to be able to tell me multiple are down but not to show me them, and thus they don’t even show in the reports area either Many thanks, Steve
RedwayNetworks_Michael Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Hi Steve, Might be something useful in this for you, https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a00101260en_us Ill also have a word with one of my engineers for you see if they have any ideas that might help
tosh74 Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Downed AP's usually show up in alerts or Alerts/Fault History
RedwayNetworks_Michael Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 If the APs don't show up in the Alerts, but are physically powered then you can likely find any APs through LLDP from the switches the school is using.
