Many of the world’s leading musicians and performers have studied with us and we are firmly focused on developing tomorrow’s musical leaders in disciplines including Classical Performance, Composition, Opera, Jazz, and Musical Theatre. Integral to the musical training we offer is the opportunity to perform; in an average year, the Academy runs a vibrant programme of around 500 events. We are looking to appoint an experienced ICT Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for owning and seeing incidents through to resolution, finding new solutions to problems by deploying appropriate technology and will act as a trusted expert within the ICT Team. The Academy’s ICT Department touches all aspects of the Academy’s work, including our teaching, performance and administrative activities and it is responsible for providing a professional and responsive service to 1,000 IT users across the Academy’s student and staff population. You will have substantial experience of 1st and 2nd line IT support in a busy and varied environment. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team. The ability to prioritise, use your own initiative and work to deadlines are also essential requirements for this role. Completed applications must be received by 10am on Friday 11 November 2022.
